Every order is special to us. Our apparel and merchandise are printed just for you through our trusted print-on-demand production partner.

Because each item is made to order, please take a moment to review our refund and return policy before purchasing.

Made-to-Order Products

All Soapmaking Hobby apparel and print-on-demand merchandise are created specifically for your order.

For this reason, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Changes of mind or buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect sizes, colors, or styles selected at checkout

• Personal preferences regarding fit or appearance

• Accidental orders or ordering mistakes

Please review the product description, sizing chart, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your purchase!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact Soapmaking Hobby within 10 days of receiving your item.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem

• Clear photographs showing the issue

We will review the problem and work with our production partner to determine the appropriate resolution.

If the issue is confirmed to be a production or fulfillment error, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, as appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to have been lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Orders returned because of an incorrect address may not qualify for a refund.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has entered production or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned because delivery could not be completed may not qualify for a refund.

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is available.

Size Exchanges

Because our apparel is printed individually for each customer, we cannot offer free size exchanges.

We strongly encourage you to review the sizing chart provided with each product before ordering.

Returning an Item

Please contact Soapmaking Hobby before returning any merchandise.

Do not send items directly to our production partner without prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
